Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, our guide driver will pick you up and brief you on what to expect on your 5 days sport fishing and Big 5 safari in Murchison Falls National Park. After the short briefing, you will embark on the journey to Murchison Falls National Park. You will however make a sport over Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a moment with one of the Big 5 animals the rhino. Lunch will be served en route. After interacting with the rhinos and other animals in the sanctuary like zebras and antelopes, you will hit the road to Murchison Falls National Park. You will arrive at your booked lodge in the park just in time for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Game drive and fishing
As the sunbirds fluff their tails and sing loud melodies in amazement at the sunrise, you will wake up to your delightful breakfast. Our experienced guide driver will take you on a morning game drive in the elephant gardens in the savannah plains. You will encounter various wildlife species like the remaining Big 5 lions, elephants, buffaloes, and leopards and other species like giraffes, waterbucks, and warthogs to mention but a few. You will then head north to mighty Murchison Falls the world’s strongest waterfall. You will bathe in the flashing vapor forced out by the sheer power of the falls as the Nile squeezes itself through the 8-meter rock wall before plunging into the pool below. You will take memorable pictures as you wonder in amazement at the sheer power of the falls. Our guide driver will then transfer you back to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon after your delightful lunch, you will prepare your fishing gear and be transferred to the bottom of the falls on the river bank for a fishing experience. You will be assisted by an experienced professional angler. At dusk, you will head by to the lodge for dinner and rest for the night ahead.

Day 3: Full-day sport fishing
Your third day will commence with a healthy and mouth-watering breakfast at your lodge. Our driver guide will be on time to keep you up for a full-day fishing experience at the bottom of the falls and below the Karuma dam. This will be immediately after receiving your packed lunch since you won’t be going back to the lodge for lunch. On your full-day fishing experience, you will be guided by an experienced angler and fisherman. He will guide you on the exact spots to throw your hook and tell you all about the fish species caught. You will thereafter take a rest as you have your lunch amidst echoes of sweet melodies sung by the savannah birds in harmony with the flowing Victoria Nile. In the afternoon calm breezes, you will change position downstream below Karuma Dam. You will expect to catch several fish species including the Nile perch, catfish, lungfish, tiger fish, and the fishermen’s favorite the tilapia. As the sun kisses the day bye, you will round up your gear and head by to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Boat cruise and nature walks
In the morning, you will wake up to an early breakfast to kick start your awaiting adventure experience in the park. After devouring your delicious meal, our driver guide will usher you in on a boat cruise adventure experience at the Victoria Nile. You will encounter the aquatic species of the park like crocodiles and hippos and also the regular guests at the river banks like elephants, buffaloes, waterbuck, and antelopes. You will later have lunch back at the lodge before heading to the park for a guided nature walk. This evening nature walk is the perfect way to explore the park on foot and get to enjoy nature at its peak. You will be led by a professional armed ranger who will take you through the footsteps of some of the wildlife species in the park. You will come in close encounters with several species like giraffes, warthogs, buffaloes, and elephants to mention but a few. At dusk, you will head to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Departure
The final day of your 5 days sport fishing and Big 5 safari in Murchison Falls National Park will start with a delicious breakfast. Our guide driver will then pick you up and head south to Kampala. Lunch will be served en route. By evening, will arrive at Entebbe International Airport just in time for your departure flight.
