Day 1: Arrival in Livingstone and Victoria Falls

Arrive in Livingstone, Zambia, where you will be greeted by your guide and transferred to your accommodation. After settling in, head to Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Explore the falls from the Zambian side, enjoying stunning views of the waterfall and surrounding rainforests. You will have the opportunity to take a guided walk along the falls’ viewing paths, where you can learn about the history and significance of the falls. For an added adventure, optional activities such as a sunset boat cruise or a helicopter ride over the falls can be arranged. Afterward, return to your lodge for a relaxing dinner.

Day 2: Adventure at Victoria Falls

Alternatively, opt for a more relaxed experience by visiting a local village to explore traditional crafts and learn about the customs of the people who live near the falls. In the afternoon, return to the lodge for a relaxing break before enjoying a leisurely dinner.

Day 3: Travel to South Luangwa National Park

South Luangwa is famous for its high concentration of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, and big cats like lions and leopards. South Luangwa is known for its walking safaris, and this experience will allow the family to get up close to nature and learn about the smaller details of the environment, such as animal tracks, trees, and insects. Day 5: Travel to Lower Zambezi National Park

Day 6: Safari in Lower Zambezi National Park and Departure

After the drive, return to the lodge for breakfast and enjoy some free time. You can take a short walk along the river, relax by the lodge, or engage in educational activities offered by the camp. In the afternoon, take one last canoe safari, where you’ll paddle through the Zambezi River’s smaller channels and enjoy a peaceful wildlife experience. Afterward, you will have time to pack and check out. Transfer back to Lusaka for your return flight home, marking the end of your memorable Family Safari Adventure.
