The breathtaking Meru National Park features vast wilderness, jungle, coursing rivers, swampland, khaki grasslands and gaunt termite cathedrals, all intertwined under a seemingly endless African sky. Today before you fly to Masai Mara National Reserve, you can enjoy one last adventure in the bush on your game-drive ride to Loisaba’s airstrip. You will then arrive at the airstrip for your scheduled Safari flight to an African icon: the unrivaled Masai Mara National Reserve. You delve right into adventure on your arrival as you drive from the airstrip to Sand River Masai Mara Camp, a journey that doubles as a game drive. The Sand River Masai Mar Camp is located in the southern area of reserve. Along the way, you shouldn’t be supprised by sighting of wildlife including the Big Five African Animals.
Even if you don’t encounter any on the way, your afternoon game drive might just unleash these plains with some world class wildlife sightseeing experience. You will explore the acacia-dotted plains that have high densities of wildlife. While on game drives in Masai Mara, keep your eyes peeled for lion, leopard and cheetah, hyena, giraffe and elephant, and 500-plus species of bird that call the reserve home. Day 07: Masai Mara National Reserve
Today you will spend your day exploring the Masai Mara National Reserve. By now, you must be aware of the advantages of starting your day early on a safari. After enjoying a breakfast at dawn, you can embark on a full day’s game drive with a packed picnic hamper to explore the reserve more deeply. The abundance of wildlife in the Mara is unparalleled, with over 450 species of birds and the Big Five, making it one of the best safari destinations throughout the year. While the seasonal migration of two million wildebeest, zebra and gazelle from the Serengeti is one of Mother Nature’s most spectacular displays, the variety of wildlife in the Mara is worth witnessing anytime. The region is also culturally intriguing, with much of the Greater Mara-Serengeti Ecosystem belonging to Masai communities. A visit to the village to see traditional Maasai homes and rituals, or even to try warrior training (for children), can be an enlightening afternoon.

Take advantage of your last few hours to gaze out from the camp and admire the beautiful watercourse and riverine forest. You may even spot some animals and birds having their breakfast. After that, it will be time to head to the airstrip for your final safari flight to Nairobi.

Day 01: Arrival in Nairobi
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by your safari guide and transferred to your hotel in Nairobi. Depending on your arrival time, you may take a city tour to visit attractions such as the Giraffe Centre, the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, or the Karen Blixen Museum. Alternatively, you can relax at your hotel and prepare for the adventure ahead. Dinner and overnight stay in Nairobi.
After an early breakfast, you will depart Nairobi and head north towards Samburu National Reserve, a scenic drive of about 6 hours. As you travel through the central highlands, you will pass coffee and tea plantations before descending into the semi-arid landscape of Samburu. Upon arrival, you will check into your lodge and enjoy lunch before heading out for an afternoon game drive. Samburu is home to unique wildlife species such as the Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, Somali ostrich, and gerenuk. You may also spot elephants, lions, leopards, and cheetahs. After the game drive, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 03: Full-Day Game Drive in Samburu National Reserve

Today is dedicated to exploring Samburu National Reserve on morning and afternoon game drives. The Ewaso Nyiro River, which runs through the reserve, attracts a variety of wildlife, making it an excellent spot for game viewing. During the midday break, you can relax at your lodge or take an optional cultural visit to a Samburu village to learn about their traditions and way of life. After an eventful day, you will return to your lodge for dinner and rest.

Day 04: Samburu to Lake Nakuru National Park
After an early breakfast, you will depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, a journey of about 6 hours through the stunning Rift Valley region. You will arrive in time for lunch at your lodge, followed by an afternoon game drive. Lake Nakuru is famous for its flamingos that create a pink hue along the lake’s shores, as well as for being a sanctuary for black and white rhinos. Other wildlife commonly seen include buffalo, giraffes, lions, leopards, and baboons. You will enjoy the scenic views from Baboon Cliff before returning to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 06: Full-Day Game Drive in Masai Mara–Wildebeest Migration Experience
Today is a full day of exploration in Masai Mara. You will start with an early morning game drive, the best time to see predators in action. If visiting between July and October, you may witness the dramatic Mara River crossings as wildebeest and zebras face crocodiles and other predators. Throughout the day, you will also spot cheetahs, hyenas, elephants, giraffes, and a variety of bird species. You will have a picnic lunch in the wild before continuing with game drives. Optionally, you can take a hot air balloon safari at dawn for a breathtaking aerial view of the Mara. In the evening, you will return to your lodge for dinner and relaxation.

After an early breakfast, you will embark on a long but scenic drive to Amboseli National Park, located at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. The journey takes about 7 to 8 hours, with a stop for lunch along the way. Upon arrival, you will check into your lodge and enjoy a short evening game drive. Amboseli is famous for its large elephant herds and stunning views of Africa’s highest mountain, Kilimanjaro. You will have a chance to capture incredible photographs of elephants walking against the backdrop of the snow-capped peak. After the game drive, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 08: Amboseli to Nairobi and Departure
You will begin the day with an early morning game drive to catch the sunrise over Mount Kilimanjaro and spot more wildlife before returning to the lodge for breakfast. After checking out, you will drive back to Nairobi, a journey of about 4 to 5 hours. Upon arrival, you may have time for last-minute shopping or a visit to a local restaurant for lunch before being transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure flight.

Day 02: Nairobi to Sweetwater’s & Ol Pejeta Conservancy
On this second day of your Kenya bush safari, you will visit the Sweetwater’s &Ol’ Pejeta Conservancy. Have breakfast at your hotel and then embark on a drive northwards to Sweetwater’s & Ol Pejeta Conservancy for your next adventure. The journey is about 4 hours and 30 minutes across the scenic countryside with charming beauty and landscapes. Arrive in the Conservancy in time for a bush lunch. The rest of your Afternoon will be spent exploring the reserve. The Sweetwater Game Ranch is located inside the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, home to rescued chimpanzees. This is the only place in Kenya that rehabilitates chimpanzees and there are up to 40 chimpanzees found in the ranch. The Sweetwater’s chimps are split into two groups separated by the Ewaso Nyiro River. You will have the opportunity to see these creatures in an environment that is nearly related to their natural habitat. Besides Chimpanzees, the Ol Pejeta Conservancy is also dedicated to black rhino breeding making it one of the few places to see the endangered rhinoceros and also lion tracking experience. We shall also have a experience of a night drive for the active nocturnal animals. You will spend your evening at a tented camp, where you will have dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 03: Sweetwater’s to Lake Nakuru National Park
Today after breakfast, you will leave Sweetwater’s and head for Lake Nakuru National Park. You will enjoy scenic countryside views during your transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park where you will arrive at lunchtime. You will check in at your lodge and have lunch and a short rest. After your short rest, you will go for an evening game drive in the park. Lake Nakuru is renowned for its millions of pink flamingos that flock the lake shores creating a scenic array of birdlife to witness on Safaris. When you are watching from a distance, the lake appears ringed in pink. Lake Nakuru National Park is also home to abundant wildlife that you will enjoy watching as you explore the Park. After your evening exploration, drive back to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 04: Lake Nakuru to Hell’s Gate National Park – Kenya
Today early in the morning have breakfast and embark on a transfer to Hell’s Gate National Park. You will stop by at Lake Naivasha. From Lake Naivasha, you will proceed to the nearby Hell’s Gate National Park for both scenic landscape views and wildlife sightseeing. This National Park has diverse and unique topography, stunning geological scenery including lower cliffs and geothermal spas. The Landscape here is unique and stunning. Your adventure here can either be on guided walking safaris or cycling safari. You will explore this park, spot several animals and bird life. Some of the animals you will see include; African buffalo, zebra, eland, hartebeest, Thomson’s gazelle, baboon, and over 100 bird species including vulture, Verreaux’s eagle, augur buzzards, and swifts. Hell’s Gate is also home to the Rare lammergeier vultures, Chandler’s mountain reedbuck, and klipspringer antelope. Our destination today is Amboseli National park. The park is well known for its large herds of free-ranging African elephants. Other attractions of the park include opportunities to meet the Maasai people and Stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak and the highest free-standing mountain in the world as well as huge herds of wildebeests and many other animals including giraffes, African lions, monkeys, zebras, hyenas, and antelope. Arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. Afternoon game drive will follow where you may get a chance to spot all the above-mentioned animals. Meals and overnight at the lodge.

Day 05. Full day in Amboseli National park
Today, you will have a full day of game viewing in Amboseli National Park. The park’s diverse ecosystems, from swamps to open plains, offer excellent opportunities for wildlife photography. You’ll likely encounter large herds of elephants, as well as zebras, giraffes, and buffaloes. The views of Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance make for incredible photo opportunities. In the late afternoon, visit a Masai village to learn more about the Masai culture and their close connection with the land and wildlife. Return to your lodge for a relaxing evening.
