Day 2: Transfer to Tarangire National Park – Game Drive

Day 4: Full-Day Safari in Serengeti

Today, you will explore the vast Serengeti plains with a full-day game drive. Day 9: Golden Monkey Trekking

Day 11: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

Today is the highlight of your Uganda visit—gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. After an early breakfast, you will be briefed by park rangers and then set off on your trek to locate one of the habituated gorilla families. The trek may take between 2 to 6 hours, depending on the gorillas’ location. Once you find them, you’ll spend an hour observing their behavior, interactions, and fascinating family dynamics. Day 13: Game Drive and Kazinga Channel Boat Safari

Day 14: Return to Entebbe & End 14-Day Tanzania Rwanda & Uganda

After breakfast, you will drive back to Entebbe (approx. 6 hours), passing through scenic Ugandan countryside. Once in Entebbe, you can visit the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre or shop for souvenirs at the local markets. You will then be transferred to Entebbe International Airport for your return flight, concluding your unforgettable wildlife adventure across Tanzania, Rwanda, and Uganda.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.

After an early breakfast, you will head to the park headquarters for a briefing about gorilla trekking. Led by experienced trackers, you will trek through the dense rainforest in search of a habituated gorilla family. The trek may take between two and six hours, depending on the gorillas’ movements. Once you find them, you will spend an unforgettable hour observing their interactions, watching the young ones play, and witnessing the silverback’s commanding presence. Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be met by your guide and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. The city is a popular starting point for safaris, nestled between Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru. Depending on your arrival time, you can relax at your hotel or explore the local markets and the Cultural Heritage Centre for an introduction to Tanzania’s history and culture. Day 02: Departure from Arusha to Lake Manyara National park

After breakfast, you will begin your journey to Lake Manyara National Park , its about a 2-3 hour drive from Arusha. Upon arrival, you will enjoy a game drive in this beautiful park, which is known for its stunning scenery and diverse wildlife. You will have the chance to see the famous tree-climbing lions, along with elephants, giraffes, baboons, and large flocks of flamingos around the lake. The park offers a variety of ecosystems, including woodlands, savannah, and the lake itself. After a day of game viewing, you will check into your lodge for the evening, with dinner and overnight stay.

Day 03: Drive from Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will drive to Serengeti National Park, approximately a 4- to 5-hour journey. Along the way, you will pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and enjoy the breathtaking views of the highlands. You may stop at a Maasai village for a cultural experience and learn about the local Maasai people’s way of life. Upon reaching Serengeti, you will embark on an afternoon game drive as you head to your lodge or tented camp. Serengeti is known for its vast plains and abundant wildlife, including lions, elephants, cheetahs, and zebras. Dinner and overnight at your lodge in Serengeti.

Day 04: Full day Game drive in Serengeti National Park

Today, you will enjoy a full day of game viewing in Serengeti. The morning starts with an early game drive, where you will have the chance to see predators in action. Serengeti is one of the best places in Africa to spot big cats such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards. You will also see herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles, and if you visit during the migration season, you may witness the dramatic river crossings. After a packed lunch in the park, you will continue with your game drive in the afternoon. Optionally, you can take a hot air balloon safari at dawn for a unique perspective of the Serengeti plains. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 05: Proceed from Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast, you will enjoy a morning game drive in Serengeti before departing for Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The drive takes around 4 to 5 hours, with a scenic route through the Ngorongoro highlands. You may stop at Olduvai Gorge, a significant archaeological site where important early human fossils have been discovered. Upon arrival at your lodge on the crater rim, you will have time to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the crater floor. Dinner and overnight at a lodge or camp on the Ngorongoro Crater rim.

Day 06: Ngorongoro Crater Safari

After an early breakfast, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. The crater is home to a dense population of wildlife, including the Big Five: lions, elephants, buffalo, rhinos, and leopards. The crater’s floor is teeming with animals such as wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, and hippos. You will also visit the Ngorongoro Crater’s marshes and lakes, which are home to large numbers of flamingos and other bird species. After a picnic lunch in the crater, you will return to your lodge on the rim. In the evening, you will have time to relax and take in the magnificent views. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 07: Ngorongoro to Tarangire National Park

Today, after breakfast, you will head to Tarangire National Park, a 2- to 3-hour drive from Ngorongoro. Known for its large elephant herds, Tarangire is also famous for its iconic baobab trees, which create a unique and stunning landscape. You will have a full day of game viewing, where you may see elephants, lions, giraffes, leopards, and a wide variety of bird species. Tarangire is also home to a number of swamps, which attract large groups of animals, especially during the dry season. After a day of exploration, you will check into your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 08: Departure

After breakfast, you will enjoy a morning game drive in Tarangire before returning to Arusha. The drive takes around 2 to 3 hours, allowing you to arrive in Arusha by early afternoon. Depending on your flight schedule, may take some time to shop for souvenirs at the Cultural Heritage Centre. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight.

Day 02: Transfer to Lake Manyara national park

Leave Arusha for Lake Manyara national park early in the morning, you will embark on a scenic drive to Lake Manyara National Park, a journey of approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. Upon arrival, you will check in at your lodge or tented camp and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, you will set out for your first game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, which is famous for its tree-climbing lions, large flocks of flamingos, Silvery cheeked Hornbill, Narina Trogon, Crowned Hornbill Schalow’s Turaco, and many other birds and a variety of other wildlife including elephants, hippos, giraffes, and diverse bird species. After a breathtaking sunset by the lake, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 03: Lake Manyara National Park – Serengeti National park

After an early breakfast, you will have a morning game drive in Lake Manyara before departing for Serengeti National Park. The journey takes approximately 4 to 5 hours and passes through the beautiful Ngorongoro highlands. Along the way, there is an optional stop at a Maasai village for a cultural experience. Upon arrival in Serengeti, you will enjoy a game drive enroute to your lodge, spotting wildlife such as lions, cheetahs, elephants, and giraffes along the way. After settling in, dinner will be served, and you will spend the night in the heart of the Serengeti.

Day 04: Full day game drives in Serengeti national park.

A full day is dedicated to exploring Serengeti national park. The day begins with an early morning game drive, an ideal time to witness predators in action. You can choose to return to the lodge for breakfast or enjoy a packed breakfast in the wild. Throughout the day, you will explore different regions of the Serengeti, including the Seronera Valley, known for its high concentration of big cats, and the Grumeti River, home to crocodiles and hippos. A picnic lunch will be served in the park, and in the afternoon, you will continue with more wildlife sightings, throughout the savannah plains where you will see several animals like Buffaloes, Elephants, Hippos, Wildebeests, Giraffes, Zebras, Black rhinos, Lions, Hyenas, Cheetahs, and many other animals. (an optional) hot air balloon safari can be arranged. Dinner and overnight stay will be at a lodge in the Serengeti.

Day 05: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After a morning game drive and breakfast, you will leave Serengeti and head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The journey takes about 4 to 5 hours, with an optional stop at Olduvai Gorge, an important archaeological site known as the “Cradle of Mankind.” Upon arrival at the Ngorongoro Crater rim, you will check in at your lodge or camp. The afternoon will be spent enjoying the stunning panoramic views of the crater. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at a lodge or tented camp on the crater rim.

Day 06: Ngorongoro Crater Safari

An early descent into the Ngorongoro Crater will give you the chance to witness an incredible diversity of wildlife in one of Africa’s most famous conservation areas. The crater is home to the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo), as well as large populations of hippos, zebras, and antelopes. You will enjoy a picnic lunch by the hippo pool before continuing with more game viewing. In the afternoon, you will ascend back to the crater rim and begin the return journey to Arusha, which takes approximately 3 to 4 hours. Upon arrival, you will check in at a hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 07: Departure to End the 7 Days Tanzania Wildlife Safari.

Depending on your flight schedule, you may explore Arusha further before departure. Options include a short game drive in Arusha National Park, a visit to the Cultural Heritage Centre for shopping and souvenirs, or relaxing at your hotel. Later, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight.

Day 01: Arrival at Arusha Airport Tanzania and continue to Serengeti national park

On arrival at Julius Nyerere Airport, Your safari guide will pick you up from the airport in Arusha early in the morning, around 7:00 AM. After a short briefing about the journey ahead, you will depart for Serengeti National Park. The drive takes approximately six to seven hours, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, you will make a brief stop at the Ngorongoro Crater viewpoint, where you can admire the breathtaking views of the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera. As you continue towards Serengeti, the landscape gradually transforms from the lush, forested highlands of Ngorongoro to the seemingly endless golden plains of the Serengeti. Upon reaching the Naabi Hill Gate, which serves as the main entrance to the Serengeti, you will have a picnic lunch before starting your first game drive inside the park. As you embark on an afternoon game drive, keep your eyes open for large elephant herds, giraffes gracefully walking across the savannah, and herds of zebras  and also well-known for its high density of predators, particularly lions, cheetahs, and leopards and wildebeests grazing in the distance. By evening, you will arrive at your lodge for check-in. Dinner and overnight stay, you can relax under the stars, listening to the distant roars of lions and the sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 02: Full day Serengeti National park

You will wake up early for a sunrise game drive, as the first light of day often brings the most activity among the park’s predators. Lions are typically seen hunting in the early morning when the temperatures are still cool, and leopards can be spotted resting in trees after a long night of survival. After a couple of hours in the field, you will return to the lodge for breakfast and some rest. after breakfast head out again for a mid-morning game drive around The Seronera River. This river is a great place to explore during this time, as it provides a vital water source for many animals, attracting a variety of wildlife. You might come across a pride of lions resting under an acacia tree, a group of hyenas feasting on a fresh kill or a family of elephants splashing in the mud. Around midday to lunch hours, you will enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush at a designated spot within the park, this allows you to continue your wildlife viewing without having to return to camp. After lunch, you will continue exploring different parts of the Serengeti and these include the rock kopjes, which are large rock formations where lions and other predators often rest during the hottest hours of the day. By evening, you will return to your accommodation for dinner and relaxation.

Day 03: Serengeti National park Exploring the Northern & Western Serengeti

On this day, your safari itinerary will be based on the season and wildlife movements in the park, however, we opt to remain in the central Serengeti, there is always an abundance of wildlife to see where we keep exploring areas with dense acacia woodlands, where leopards are often spotted resting in trees or open plains where cheetahs can be seen sprinting after their prey. Lunch will once again be a picnic in the park to maximize time in the field. You will continue exploring the park until late afternoon before heading back to camp for your final night in Serengeti or you will have the option to take part in a hot air balloon safari for a breathtaking aerial view of the Serengeti landscape.

Day 4: Departure back to Arusha Airport

After breakfast, you will start your journey back to Arusha, with game viewing enroute towards the park’s exit. The drive will take approximately six to seven hours. Along the way, you may choose to stop at a Maasai village for a cultural experience, where you will learn about the Maasai people’s traditional way of life, their unique customs, and their famous jumping dance. Upon arrival in Arusha in the late afternoon, you will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport, marking the end of your incredible Serengeti safari experience.

Day 01: Transfer from Arusha to Serengeti

From Arusha, board your safari vehicle for a transfer drive to Serengeti National Park with your professional driver-guide. Before reaching the park, you will have a cultural tour experience with the Maasai people, learn of their ways of life and engage in their cultural activities. Have lunch and continue with the drive to Serengeti National Park. Arrive at the park in the evening and check in to the park for your afternoon game drive. By sunset, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 02: Full day Game drive in Serengeti

On your second day, you will then have any early breakfast and go for a full-day experience of the game drives. You can go with either packed lunch and have a picnic lunch or have a morning game drive then return to the lodge for relaxation then transfer back to the park for an evening game drive. During the game drive, you will explore the different trails of the rich park for a chance to see wildlife in the park as nature will grant you that day. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 03: Return to Arusha

Early morning, have a game drive in the Serengeti for more chances to see wildlife. Visiting the park early morning offers the chance to see how the animals start their day in the jungle. Enjoy the jungle Tanzania safari for about 4 hours before you return to the hotel for check out and a meal then embark on the road safari back to Arusha. Arrive late in the evening for drop off at your place of residence or airport.
