Day 2: Transfer to Kibale National Park

Have breakfast at your hotel and then head towards fort port while here you will have your lunch break as you also stretch up and then proceed through the scenic hills of Kibale as you have a view of the agriculture that the local people tend to earn a living from. On arrival at Kibale national park which will be in the evening, you will check-in dinner and sleepover.

Day 3: Kibale Chimpanzee Tracking & Bigodi Swamp Tour
8 Day Uganda Gorilla – wildlife
Endeavor to wake early enough right in time to have your morning meal, thereafter head to kibale headquarters for the briefing before you engage in trekking the chimps. You will then head to the forest and beging your search the time spent in the search will depend on the movement of these amazing creatures, then when you find them you will proceed through observing them carefully as they do their daily activities among which is feeding playing caring for their young ones and a lot more, take pictures if you choose as you enjoy the moment. While in the forest you will also have sight of other primates like the managabeys, pottos, colobus monkeys, bush babies and a lot of others. After all that head back to the hotel freshen up have lunch and head for your last activity which in this case will be the Bigodi swamp walk, this will also provide you with sights of the bird species in the swamp and more plant cover plus some other primates.at the end of the activity head back to the lodge for dinner and nights rest.
Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
On day four of you 8 Day Uganda Safari, have an early Breakfast then embark on a three hours eventful drive heading east of Rwenzori mountains. You will then reach Mweya right on time for your lunch meal. Thereafter proceed for one of the most rewarding activities which is a boat ride along the kazinga channel where you will be in sight of the aquatic wildlife and some of the birdlife in Queen Elizabeth national park. After the activity, you will head for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking in Kyambura
Early morning breakfast then head for a game drive to see the animals as they rise up ,you will the lions and other animals feed on the small ones mostly the antelopes, you will be in position to see a lot of wild animals. Take closer looks as you also take pictures, there after head for your lunch meal and then the afternoon activity which will be chimp trekking in kyambura Gorge or you could alternatively engage in a forest walk in maramagambo forest upon your choosing and the quoted prices. Then back to Mweya safari lodge or any other for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
Serve breakfast after you have woken up and head to the car to be on the road as you head to Bwindi impenetrable passing through the Ishashas sector of Queen Elizabeth national park you will be in view of a variety of animals species among which you will find the tree-climbing lions, Uganda Kob, Topi, Elephants, Buffalos and a lot more. You’re expected to reach late in the afternoon since it will take you some few hours to get there. While at the park check in and then have late lunch, you can proceed for a community walk if you feel like it, then dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
You will wake up, serve early breakfast and then drive to the park headquaters for briefing before you embark on your search for the rare mountain gorillas in the forest. You will then penetrate through the forest to begin your search and the time frame taken in the forest during g the search will depend on the movement of the gorillas. When you finally land on them as you follow the instructions from the briefing you will have a full hour to observe the gorillas and take photos definitely without a flash light because it affects them.at the end of the overwhelming activity of meeting the cousins to human you will then head back freshen up dinner and nights rest at Gorilla forest camp or Buhoma community bandas.
Day 8: Depart For Kampala : End of 8 Day Uganda Safari
Prepare to drive to Kampala immediately after your breakfast meal. you will have lunch en-route and you will reach the city in the evening hours. Check-in at either Sheraton hotel of Serena for dinner and overnight depending on the reservation.

6 Days Gorillas & Chimps Trekking Safari: Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
Our guide will pick you up from your hotel in Kampala or from Entebbe international airport on arrival for your 6 Day Uganda Primates Trekking safari. Transfer to Kibale forest heading west past mubende and continue to Fort Portal where you will stop for lunch. Proceed to Kibale forest arriving in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at your preferred lodge.
After morning breakfast, wake up early to track chimps near Kanyanchu. This can take you half a day. There are 13 other primate species that live in Kibale forests and you will therefore encounter some of them during your chimp trek, these include the golden monkey, L’Hoest monkey, baboons, white and black colobus monkeys, grey checked mangabey, red colobus, blue monkeys and pottos. Other animals include forest elephants unique from the common type, giant forest hogs and a striking tree species. Enjoy Lunch and later take a guided nature walk to Bigodi swamp sanctuary, a good site for birders. The Great Blue Turaco and Papyrus Gonolek can easily be marked among the other bird 137 species. There is also an array of butterfly species. Later return for dinner and overnight as above.

Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park
You will enjoy morning breakfast and set off for Bwindi forest the home of half of the remaining mountain gorilla population in the world driving through Ishasha sector in Queen Elizabeth National park famous for tree climbing lions. Continue to Bwindi with lunch en-route arriving in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at your preferred lodge.

Day 4: Mountain gorilla tracking in Bwindi and transfer to Mgahinga
After an early morning breakfast, you will drive to the Park headquarters for registration and joining others for a gorilla trekking briefing about the dos and the don’ts during your Uganda Gorilla Trekking Tour. Once this is done, you will trek through thick creepers and undergrowth with your guides to find the Gorillas, which can take you from half an hour to three quarters of the day.
The steeply forested landscape is incredibly dense but crisscrossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists. On your trek, you are likely to spot other primates, birds and rare tree species. After finding the gorillas, you will be allowed to spend one hour with them before trekking back to the Park headquarter.
This is indeed an extraordinary feeling being with these beautiful yet endangered Creatures. You will be awarded a certificate for participating in gorilla trekking and thus contributing to the conservation of mountain gorillas.
Later in the afternoon, you will transfer Mgahinga gorilla national Park home of Gorillas and Golden Monkeys.

Day 5: Golden Monkey trekking and transfer to lake bunyonyi
After an early morning breakfast, you will head out for Golden monkey trekking in Mgahinga gorilla national park. Later in the afternoon, transfer from Mgahinga gorilla national park to lake Bunyonyi, uganda’s deepest and most beautiful lodge, dotted with several islands.

Day 6: Canoeing on lake Bunyonyi and Departure
Enjoy morning breakfast and then go for a canoeing activity on lake Bunyonyi where you will take photos of this beautiful lake, and interact with the locals. Later you transfer back to Kampala, Lunch en-route. The guide will drop you off at your hotel in Kampala.
Note:
If you intend to fly out this very day, you will not do the canoeing activity, you will simply utilize day 4 of the trip to take photos as day 5 will only be for transfer.
You are required to book a late flight since the driving time is over 8 hours.
You can drop off to Kigali, the driving time is 3 hours.

3 Days Murchison Falls Safari: Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park
You will meet and greet with our driver guide who will pick you from your current location and head north of the country via Kampala- Gulu high way ,it turns out to be avery smooth ride since the road is all clear in not about too long you will arrive in Masindi town where you will stop for your lunch meal and then proceed to the park and in areal short while you will be at the southern park entrance of Murchison fall as proceed through Budongo forest that will earn you views of a few animals inclusive of which the baboons wont miss . You will head to your accommodation, freshen up then dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive and Departure

The trek takes between two to four hours, during which you will have the chance to spot various monkey species, birds, and butterflies. Once you locate the chimpanzees, you will spend an hour observing them as they swing through the trees, groom each other, and communicate in their natural habitat. After lunch, you will take a guided nature walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, a community-run conservation area that is home to several primate species, including red colobus monkeys, grey-cheeked mangabeys, and vervet monkeys, as well as a variety of birdlife such as the great blue turaco. Upon arrival, you will check into your lodge and later visit the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, a community conservation area that is home to various monkey species, including red colobus, L’Hoest’s monkeys, and vervet monkeys, as well as an abundance of birdlife. Day 3: Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale–Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Early in the morning, you will set out to the park headquarters for a general briefing about the national park and its attractions, then will set off for chimpanzee trekking in Kibale Forest. Accompanied by expert guides, you will track a habituated troop of chimpanzees and observe them as they feed, groom, and communicate. The trek lasts between 2-4 hours. Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Having had breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up by our representative so as to set off from Kampala early enough so as to be on the road as you drive southwest to bwindi forest. Along the way you will then have a stopover at the equator where you could take pictures to keep the memory, grab refreshments, there are also craft shops that are well stocked with African items so you can visit them in case of interest. When back on the road to continue your journey you will be able to have great views of the land scape, beautiful panorama, plus the great and hospitable Ankole people. Your next stop will be in Mbarara town for lunch maybe plus a little shopping and then head straight for the park
Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Forest National Park
Having dressed up accordingly to the trekking activity early morning breakfast will your packed lunch and water get to the park headquarters in time for briefing before you head on for the activity’s head into the forest to search for the mountain gorillas in the dense forested area with slippery slopes and the mist covered vegetation. After breakfast and briefing by park ranger guides, depart with picnic lunch boxes to start a 30 minutes – 8 hours trek to find the Mountain gorillas as you hike up and down slippery slopes with dense mist covered vegetation. The activity is surely strenuous but then again fully rewarding on sight of the huge gorillas, you will be able to take pictures and observe their various characters as they feed play and relate. Your allowed a full hour with these creatures and there after head back freshen up dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Drive to Kampala
This day will mark the end of your three days safari. You will check out of the hotel with your back pack then embark on the journey to Kampala with a stopover at Igongo cultural centre where you will have lunch and also take a mini tour in the Centre to know more about the Ankole culture. Then drive to Kampala it could be to the hotel or the airport in case you’re to catch your flight back.
